What Are the Requirements for Topping Up via Direct BCA Transfer?

Topping up your Pluang IDR Cash Wallet via Direct BCA Transfer requires a minimum of Rp500,000 per transaction, sent using one of the accepted transfer methods: Real Time Online, RTGS, SKN, or a transfer via Bank Teller. BI-FAST is currently unavailable — temporarily closed while Pluang awaits Bank Indonesia's approval to reopen it. Real Time Online is the method required for your top-up to be credited successfully and the fastest option; a transfer from a bank other than BCA, or an RTGS/SKN transfer above Rp250,000,000, may take longer to clear. There is no maximum amount and no admin fee. The transfer doesn't have to come from a BCA account — an account at a different bank works too — but it must be registered under your own name, exactly matching the name registered with your Pluang account, and the amount sent must exactly match the nominal shown in the transfer instruction menu. Accounts under someone else's name aren't accepted. Submit your top-up request in the Pluang app first, and transfer only once with the correct nominal — this generates the instructed nominal, including a unique 5-digit code that gets credited into your balance along with the rest of the transfer.

  • Accepted transfer methods (confirmed by Engineering, 2026-08-10): Real Time Online, RTGS, SKN, and PINDAH BUKU / Bank Teller Transfer*. BI-FAST is currently unavailable — temporarily closed while Pluang seeks Bank Indonesia's approval to reopen it; this is an operational pause, not a permanent removal, so check back for status updates. • Real Time Online is required for your top-up to post successfully — it's also the fastest of the accepted methods; the others (RTGS, SKN, Bank Teller transfer) work but may behave differently or take longer. BI-FAST is currently closed for this method, pending Bank Indonesia's approval to reopen it.
  • *A transfer from a bank other than BCA, or an RTGS/SKN transfer above Rp250,000,000, may take longer to clear — up to 1 business day, per each sending bank's own provisions.
  • Transfer only once with the correct nominal — sending more than one transfer for the same top-up request can cause it to fail.
  • Source account: the transfer doesn't have to be a BCA account — an account at a different bank works too — but it must be registered under your own name, exactly matching your registered Pluang name, and the transferred amount must match the instructed nominal. An account under someone else's name isn't accepted.
  • Minimum: Rp500,000 per top-up transaction. Maximum: none.
  • Fee: free — Pluang charges no admin fee for Direct BCA Transfer.
  • Unique code: the instructed nominal includes a unique 5-digit code at the end. Transfer the exact amount shown, including that code — it's what lets Pluang match your transfer to your top-up request.
  • Only Rupiah bank accounts are accepted as the source of the transfer.
  • Via a Bank Teller: use "Pindah Buku/Transfer Antar Bank" at the branch — not a Cash Deposit Slip.
  • You must submit a top-up request in the Pluang app before transferring, so the app can generate your instructed nominal and unique code.

Related questions:

Q: Can I use BI-FAST for Direct BCA Transfer top-up?
No, BI-FAST is currently unavailable (temporarily closed pending Bank Indonesia's approval to reopen it) for Direct BCA Transfer top-up on Pluang — the accepted methods are Real Time Online, RTGS, SKN, and Bank Teller transfer. Real Time Online is required for the fastest, most reliable crediting.

Q: Can I top up via Direct BCA Transfer using an account at a different bank?
Yes — it doesn't have to be a BCA account. It does, however, have to be your own account: the name on it must exactly match the name registered with your Pluang account, and the amount you send must exactly match the nominal in the transfer instruction menu. A transfer from someone else's account isn't accepted and will cause the top-up to fail.

Q: Is there a fee for Direct BCA Transfer top-up?
No, Pluang doesn't charge an admin fee for Direct BCA Transfer top-ups. The only cost that could apply is one your own sending bank charges for an interbank transfer, which is outside Pluang's control and depends on your bank's own fee structure.

Q: What is the unique code in the Direct BCA Transfer instruction?
It's a 5-digit code appended to the end of the nominal shown in your top-up instruction — for example, transferring Rp500,012 instead of a round Rp500,000. Sending the exact amount, unique code included, is what lets Pluang automatically match the incoming transfer to your specific top-up request.

Q: How long does a Direct BCA Transfer top-up take to process?
A Real Time Online transfer is the fastest of the accepted methods and is required for successful crediting. A transfer sent from a bank other than BCA, or an RTGS/SKN transfer above Rp250,000,000, can take longer — up to 1 business day — depending on the provisions of the sending bank.
