What are Pluang's official WhatsApp numbers for Pluang+ members?

Pluang's official WhatsApp numbers are its three Pluang+ contact numbers: +62 811-1045-6456, +62 811-8112-6007 and +62 811-1053-8619. They serve Pluang+ members. The Pluang Customer Experience team uses +62 811-1045-6456 to follow up on reports you have already made to Pluang, and the Pluang+ team uses the other two. These are the only WhatsApp numbers Pluang uses to chat with you, so treat any other number that claims to be Pluang with caution. Pluang may also send your login OTP by WhatsApp; never share that code with anyone. Whichever number contacts you, Pluang will never ask for your OTP, PIN or bank card details. To raise a new question or issue, contact Pluang Care through in-app live chat, email at tanya@pluang.com or the call center at (021) 8063 0065, so your report is logged and handled by the right team.

Related questions

Q: Can I message the Customer Experience WhatsApp number first with a new question?
No. +62 811-1045-6456 is only used to follow up on reports you have already made, so new messages sent to it are not answered. For a new question or issue, use in-app live chat, email tanya@pluang.com or call (021) 8063 0065. Your report is then logged straight away and passed to the right team, and if it needs a follow-up, the team contacts you on WhatsApp.

Q: Why did nobody reply when I messaged an old WhatsApp chat with Pluang?
Each WhatsApp conversation with Pluang is opened to follow up one specific issue. Once that issue is resolved, the conversation is no longer monitored, so a new message sent in the same chat may not be read. If you have a new question or issue, contact Pluang Care through in-app live chat, email or the call center instead, which gets you help faster.

Q: What should I do if someone asks for my OTP or PIN in Pluang's name?
Do not share anything, because the request is not from Pluang. Pluang never asks for your OTP, PIN or bank card details through WhatsApp or any other channel. Do not click any link the number sends, block and report the number in WhatsApp, and then report what happened to Pluang through in-app live chat, email at tanya@pluang.com or the call center.

Q: What should I do if I have already shared my OTP or PIN?
Act straight away. Freeze your account in the app under Settings → Privacy and Security → Account Control → Freeze Account. This logs out every device and blocks all money going out. Then contact Pluang Care through the live chat at pluang.com/faq or the call center so the team can help secure your account. Once you have access again, change your PIN, check your account activity and report any transaction you do not recognise.

Q: Does Pluang contact users from personal WhatsApp numbers?
No. The three Pluang+ contact numbers listed in this article are the only WhatsApp numbers Pluang uses to chat with you (Pluang may also send your login OTP by WhatsApp; never share that code). Treat any message or call from another number that uses Pluang's name with caution, even if it shows Pluang's logo or knows some of your details. When in doubt, check with Pluang Care through in-app live chat before you reply or share anything.

Remember: never share your OTP or PIN with anyone, including anyone who claims to be from Pluang.
