Troubleshooting guide

Why is Broker Activity showing no data or zero on Pluang?

Broker Activity on Pluang shows a dash or a no-data message when there was no trading on the market board and in the period you chose, so switching to All Market or a longer period usually fixes it. A zero is different: it means trading happened, but none of it went through that type of broker.

Related questions

Q: Why doesn't Broker Activity change during the trading session?
It is updated once a day, so the numbers stay the same until the next daily update.

Q: Why do rights and warrants often show no data?
They usually trade much less than their parent stock, so many days and boards have no trades to show.

Q: Why does Broker Distribution show fewer than 10 brokers?
Fewer than 10 brokers bought or sold the stock in the period, so only the ones that traded appear.
