What is Indonesian Stocks on Pluang?

Indonesian Stocks on Pluang is a brokerage product that lets you buy, sell, and track shares of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) directly from the same app you already use for gold, crypto, US stocks, and mutual funds. You can start trading with as little as 1 lot (100 shares) of any of the 950+ IDX-listed stocks available, without opening a separate account at a traditional securities firm. Every purchase settles into an RDN (Rekening Dana Nasabah), a dedicated investor fund account opened in your own name through Pluang's licensed partner entities — PT Pluang Maju Sekuritas and PT Sarana Santosa Sejati. Because Indonesian Stocks sits inside Pluang's existing multi-asset app, you manage your IDX portfolio, US stocks, crypto, gold, and mutual funds from one login, one dashboard, and one KYC profile, instead of juggling several brokerage logins for different parts of your portfolio.

Related questions:

Q: Which stocks are available on Pluang?
Pluang offers 950+ Indonesian stocks officially listed on the IDX, including blue chips like BBCA, BBRI, TLKM, ASII, and GOTO, plus mid-cap and small-cap names across banking, technology, consumer goods, energy, and property. The list is updated continuously in line with official IDX listings and delistings, so newly listed companies typically become tradeable on Pluang once they meet the exchange's standard requirements. You can browse the full list under Explore > ID tab > Stocks.

Q: Is Pluang safe for stock trading?
Yes. Pluang operates through PT Pluang Maju Sekuritas and PT Sarana Santosa Sejati, both licensed Level II Securities Brokerage Marketing Partners supervised by OJK. Your shares are custodied at KSEI in a sub-account under your own name — not Pluang's — and every transaction is cleared and guaranteed by KPEI. If Pluang were ever to close, your holdings remain intact and recorded independently at KSEI, since Pluang never takes custody of your assets itself.

Q: What is the minimum purchase for stocks on Pluang?
The minimum purchase is 1 lot, which equals 100 shares of a stock — there's no separate rupiah minimum on top of that. The actual cash needed depends entirely on the share price: a Rp500 stock costs about Rp50,000 for 1 lot, while a Rp9,000 stock costs about Rp900,000. Pluang doesn't require a minimum deposit to open the RDN itself, so your first stock purchase is effectively your only capital commitment.

Q: What are the requirements to invest in Indonesian stocks on Pluang?
You need to be at least 18 years old and complete Basic Verification (e-KTP, NPWP, and a selfie) followed by Indonesian Asset Verification, which requires an active BCA or Bank Jago account in your own name. Once approved, Pluang automatically opens your RDN — there's no separate application to file. The additional verification step typically takes 1–2 business days.

Q: Can I also buy US stocks on Pluang?
Yes. Pluang combines Indonesian Stocks, US Stocks & ETFs, US Stock Options, Crypto, Crypto Futures, Gold, and Mutual Funds in one app and one account. Buying US stocks requires a separate KYC tier — Global & Yield Asset Verification — but once that's approved, you can trade both IDX and US equities from the same portfolio view without switching apps.
