What Is PRO Mode on Pluang?

PRO Mode on Pluang is an advanced crypto trading interface built for active traders who want more control than a simple buy or sell. Where LITE Mode — Pluang's default, beginner-friendly view — keeps things to straightforward instant buy/sell, PRO Mode adds four Advanced Order types: Market, Limit, Stop, and Stop-Limit. It also gives you a live order book 10 price levels deep across 100+ crypto coins, plus an advanced price chart, so you can see market depth and place conditional orders that react automatically to price. Importantly, PRO Mode charges no subscription fee — you only pay trading fees when an Advanced Order actually executes, with maker or taker fees depending on the order type (both subject to 11% VAT) and a floating spread. Because Pluang's spot crypto trades in IDR, every PRO Mode crypto order is priced and settled in rupiah. PRO Mode is designed for people who monitor the market several times a day and want finer control over how and when their orders fill.

  • The four Advanced Order types. PRO Mode unlocks Market Order (immediate fill at the best available price), Limit Order (fills only at your chosen price or better), Stop Order (turns into a Market Order once a trigger price is hit), and Stop-Limit Order (turns into a Limit Order once a trigger price is hit). Together these are called Advanced Orders.
  • A live order book and advanced chart. PRO Mode shows a real-time order book up to 10 price levels deep on each side (bid and ask) for 100+ coins, alongside a detailed chart — far more market visibility than the default LITE view.
  • No subscription fee. PRO Mode itself is free to switch on. You are only charged when an Advanced Order executes: Limit and Stop-Limit orders pay a maker fee, Market and Stop orders pay a taker fee, and a floating spread applies. Instant/Market orders carry a 0% opportunity charge, though the spread still applies.
  • Spot crypto is IDR-based. PRO Mode's crypto orders trade against IDR — every spot coin is priced and settled in rupiah. This is Pluang's spot trading; it is separate from Crypto Futures.
  • Order controls. Advanced Orders stay valid for up to 90 days, you can hold up to 200 pending orders per coin, and any unexecuted order can be modified or cancelled — with locked assets or IDR released back to you when you cancel.
  • Switching modes. PRO Mode sits alongside LITE Mode, and you toggle between them on the crypto trading screen in the app. LITE remains available whenever you just want a simple buy or sell.

Related questions:

Q: Do I need PRO Mode to buy or sell crypto on Pluang?
No. LITE Mode already covers straightforward instant buying and selling and is the default for most investors. You only need PRO Mode if you want the Advanced Order types — Market, Limit, Stop, and Stop-Limit — the live 10-level order book, or the advanced chart. You can move between LITE and PRO at any time from the crypto trading screen, so PRO Mode is there when you want more control and out of the way when you don't.

Q: Does PRO Mode cost extra?
No — there is no subscription or activation fee for PRO Mode itself. You only pay when an Advanced Order executes: Limit and Stop-Limit orders incur a maker fee, Market and Stop orders incur a taker fee, both subject to 11% VAT, and a floating spread applies. Instant/Market orders carry a 0% opportunity charge, though the spread still applies. In short, turning PRO Mode on is free; you are charged only on actual trades.

Q: What is the difference between PRO Mode and LITE Mode?
LITE Mode is Pluang's default, simpler interface for quick instant buy/sell — ideal for regular investors. PRO Mode is the advanced interface for active traders: it adds the four Advanced Order types, a live order book up to 10 levels deep across 100+ coins, and an advanced chart. Both trade the same IDR-based spot crypto; PRO Mode simply gives you more tools and finer control over how orders fill.

Q: Which order types are available in PRO Mode?
Four, collectively called Advanced Orders: Market Order (immediate fill at the best available price), Limit Order (fills only at your set price or better), Stop Order (becomes a Market Order once a trigger price is reached), and Stop-Limit Order (becomes a Limit Order once a trigger price is reached). Each balances execution certainty against price control differently, so the right one depends on whether speed or price matters more for a given trade.

Q: Is PRO Mode the same as Crypto Futures?
No. PRO Mode is an interface for Pluang's spot crypto, which trades in IDR and involves no leverage, margin, or funding. Crypto Futures is a separate product that trades against USDT and uses leverage. The Advanced Order types and order book described here apply to PRO Mode spot trading; Futures has its own mechanics and its own Take Profit / Stop Loss behaviour that work differently.
