These issues can result from unstable network connections, expired codes, system lags, or using an outdated app version. As a result, you are unable to complete the crypto transfer process securely.

Cause 1: You input the wrong code to send crypto in Pluang

Step 1: You need to set up authenticator first to be able to send crypto

Step 2: You can enter the right OTP and Authenticator Code for 10x attempts

Step 3: If you already reached the limit for entering the right OTP/code, please wait for 24 hours to be able to enter it again.

Step 4: After 24 hours, please try to enter the right OTP again.
