Troubleshooting guide

Why can crypto sending fail on Pluang?

The most common cause is exceeding your daily or monthly sending limit — check the limit shown in the app when you attempt the transaction. A flagged wallet address or an amount too small to cover fees can also cause a send to fail.

Symptom / Condition Possible Cause Solution
Transaction rejected with a limit-related message The amount sent exceeds your daily or monthly sending limit Check the current limit shown in the app for that coin, and send an amount within it
Transaction can't be executed at all The destination wallet address was flagged during Pluang's address and transaction checks Contact Pluang Care — flagged addresses require additional review before a send can proceed
Transaction doesn't go through The amount sent isn't enough to cover the transaction fee and network fee Increase the amount so it covers both fees, then try again

If the issue persists:
Contact Pluang Care via live chat in the app, email tanya@pluang.com, or call (021) 8063 0065 (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 WIB).

Related questions:

Q: Where can I check my crypto sending limit?
In the app, on the send screen for that specific coin, before you confirm the transaction.

Q: Why would a wallet address get flagged?
Pluang performs address and transaction checks for every send attempt; flagged addresses require additional review before the send can proceed.

Q: What happens if I don't send enough to cover the fees?
The transaction won't go through — the amount sent must be enough to cover both the transaction fee and the network fee.

Q: Is a failed transaction the same as a lost transaction?
No — a failed transaction never leaves your Pluang balance; funds are only at risk once a transaction is successfully broadcast to the wrong address or network.
