How to Top Up (Deposit) USD Direct on Pluang?

  1. Contact Pluang Care or Priority Service Line via live chat on your application or email tanya@pluang.com.

  2. The Pluang Care or Priority Service Line team will send a form that you must complete.

  3. Pluang only uses BCA and CIMB Niaga banks as transfer purpose accounts. If you use one of the two banks, then your funds will be directly received in the Pluang account. However, if you use a bank outside of those two banks, your funds will be received within 1-3 working days depending on the sending bank.

  4. Make a transfer to the account number listed on the form. Please send funds from an account that has the exact same name as your registered name on the Pluang application. If you are asked to enter a recipient address during the transfer, you can include "Jakarta".

  5. After the form is filled in and signed, send a softcopy of the completed form file along with proof of the USD money transfer that you have made previously.

  6. The funds will be added to your Pluang USD balance no later than 1 business day after the funds are received in the PT account. PG Berjakanka as an official partner that has been designated by Pluang as a provider of USD assets.

  7. If funds are received more than 7 days after the transfer request date, the top-up request will be considered expired and you will need to submit a separate top-up request form so that the funds you have previously transferred can be credited.

  8. The minimum amount for USD top-up is $10,000.00 (ten thousand US dollars) and there is no maximum limit for USD top-up.

  9. Pluang does not charge a fee for the USD top up. However, if you use a bank other than BCA and CIMB Niaga as your USD fund source, you will be charged an inter-bank transfer fee charged by the sending bank you use. The amount of the inter-bank transfer fee depends on the rules imposed by each bank.

  10. You can see your USD Balance Top Up status on the Transaction History page.
