Based on the Minutes of General Shareholders's Meeting held on June 28, 2013 which was notarized in Notarial Deed of Kumala Tjahjani Widodo, S.H., M.H.,Mkn., No.78, dated June 28, 2013, the shareholders agree the plan to change the Company's main business activity from general insurance company to tourism and transferred its general insurance portfolio along with portion of its assets and liabilities related to general insurance business to PT Asuransi Umum Panin, subsidiary.
