Ford reported a 10.3% decline in US vehicle sales for Q2 2026, selling 549,200 units compared to 612,095 a year earlier. The drop was driven by a 40.7% fall in electric vehicle sales and an 11% decline in F-Series pickup sales due to supply constraints, especially aluminum shortages. Despite this, Ford saw growth in high-margin models like the Bronco, Explorer, and Maverick hybrid pickup. The company expects supply issues to ease in the second half of the year and noted a slight increase in its US retail market share to 12.3%.
