Franco-Nevada invests $144M to increase royalty stake in Australia's Bullabulling gold project.

Franco-Nevada Corporation has agreed to acquire an additional A$170 million (about $122 million) royalty interest from Minerals 260 Limited, raising its total gross royalty on the Bullabulling Gold Project in Western Australia to 3.90%. The company also committed to a A$30 million (approximately $22 million) equity investment in Minerals 260. This deal supports the development of one of Australia's largest near-term gold projects, which has a resource of 4.4 million ounces indicated and aims for first production by the second half of 2028. The financing will help Minerals 260 complete a definitive feasibility study and reach a final investment decision in early 2027, with plans to expand production capacity and extend mine life to 19 years.
