Dinari integrates Broadridge's proxy voting to enable tokenized equity holders to vote like traditional shareholders.

Dinari Inc. has integrated Broadridge's proxy voting services into its dShares tokenized equity platform, allowing eligible holders to exercise shareholder voting rights through established proxy infrastructure. This integration connects tokenized U.S. equities to traditional proxy voting processes, ensuring dShare holders can participate in corporate governance alongside traditional shareholders. The move preserves legal shareholder rights, including voting and dividends, enhancing the functionality and trustworthiness of tokenized securities. Going forward, shareholders will authenticate via digital wallets to vote directly onchain, merging traditional governance with blockchain technology.

The integration of Broadridge's proxy voting with Dinari's dShares tokenized U.S. equities is presented here alongside Pluang's snapshot of Financials-sector US stocks as of Nov 05, 2026 19:01 WIB. Of 142 stocks, 97 rose and 41 fell. Notably, PSEC rose 3.82% with a typical hold time of 79 days and a strong buy order activity at 97%, contrasting with LMND and VIRT which gained 3.73% and 3.71% respectively but have shorter hold times of 28 and 27 days.
