Troubleshooting guide

Why can't I place a US e-IPO order on Pluang?

The most common reason you can't submit a US e-IPO order is that you haven't completed Global & Yield Asset Verification (Tier 3 KYC) yet, or your submission was rejected — this verification is required before you can place any order. Insufficient USD Cash and an existing active order on the same IPO are the other two common causes.

Symptom / Condition Possible Cause Solution
The order screen won't let you submit, or you're prompted to verify before ordering You haven't completed Global & Yield Asset Verification (Tier 3 KYC) Go to Account → Identity Verification → Global & Yield Asset Verification and complete the steps. You can still tap "Remind Me" while pending
You completed verification before but still can't order Your Global & Yield Asset Verification submission was rejected Resubmit your verification with corrected information; processing takes up to 1–2 business days
The order screen shows an amount error, or Submit stays disabled Your USD Cash balance doesn't cover the entered amount Top up your USD Cash wallet to cover your intended order amount, then try again
You can't create a new order for an IPO you've already ordered into You already have an active order for that IPO Use Amend on your existing order instead of placing a new one
