You can withdraw your USD balance via USD Direct by contacting the Priority Service Line and completing a short verification process. Your funds will be processed within 3 working days of successful phone verification.

2. Receive and complete the Priority Customer Fund Withdrawal Form

3. Sign and scan the completed form
   Prepare a scanned PDF copy of the signed form.
4. Prepare a photo of your bank book's front page
   The photo must show your name and account number clearly. Your destination account must be BCA or CIMB — no other banks are accepted.
5. Submit both documents to the PSL team
   Send the scanned form and bank book photo back via the same channel.
6. Complete phone verification
   The PSL team will call you to verify and confirm your withdrawal request.
7. Wait for processing
