Why Can't I Register a Bank Account for Mutual Fund Payouts?

You can only register a bank account for mutual fund payouts if it is already added to your Pluang account and is in your own name. Go to Account → Bank Account, select that account and tap "Daftarkan untuk Reksa Dana". If the account isn't in the list, add it first; for other causes, see below.

Then return to Bank Account, select it, check the details and tap "Daftarkan untuk Reksa Dana"
The account you want to use is in someone else's name, or the name on it differs from your Pluang account Mutual fund sale proceeds can only be sent to a bank account in your own name, and the account holder name must exactly match the name registered on your Pluang account Use an active bank account in your own name whose holder name exactly matches your Pluang account. An account belonging to a family member or friend cannot be used
