Gold Physical Withdrawal Through GoInvestasi with Status “Failed”

You’ve attempted to withdraw physical gold through the GoInvestasi feature, but the status of your request appears as “Failed” in the app. This can happen due to incomplete or failed payment, mismatched delivery details, exceeded daily withdrawal limits, or a system error during the processing of the request. As a result, your gold withdrawal cannot be processed and needs to be reviewed or reattempted.

  • Cause 1: Gold withdrawal failed or canceled.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Solution:

  1. Step 1: You must install Pluang app through Play Store or App Store

  2. Step 2: Login with your registered number in GoInvestasi.

  3. Step 3: Gold balance and fees (printing fee, postage, and insurance) will be returned to the “Cash Balance” in your Pluang account.
