Why can't I activate IDR Yield?

The most common reason you can't activate IDR Yield is that your Global & Yield Asset Verification isn't complete. Finish it via Account → Identity Verification → Global & Yield Asset Verification, then try again. If you're already verified, update the Pluang app to the latest version, because IDR Yield is only available in recent versions. The table below covers other causes.
