What Does the "Non-Tradeable" Label Mean?

The "Non-Tradeable" label is applied to coins that arrived in your account through an airdrop or an external deposit but that Pluang does not support for trading. These are coins that were never on Pluang's tradeable asset list — different from a coin that used to be tradeable and later had trading paused or was delisted. Because trading was never offered for them, you cannot buy or sell a "Non-Tradeable" coin at any point. You are not locked out of the asset, though: withdrawal to your own personal wallet remains available, so you can still move the coin off Pluang and use it elsewhere.

Good to know:

  • What it applies to: coins reaching your account via airdrop or external deposit that were never added to Pluang's tradeable list — not a paused or delisted coin.
  • Buying and selling are not available — this is a support gap, not a temporary suspension you can wait out.
  • Withdrawal remains open: you can move a "Non-Tradeable" coin to your personal wallet, so the asset is not stranded.
  • Status can change: if Pluang later adds trading support, the status would be updated — the label is not a permanent verdict.
  • How to act on it: open the asset in the app and use the withdraw/send flow.

Related questions:

Q: Can I sell a coin labeled "Non-Tradeable"?
No — Pluang does not support trading for these coins at all, so there is no sell action. The one action that stays open is withdrawing the coin to your personal wallet.

Q: How do I get a "Non-Tradeable" coin off my Pluang account?
Withdraw it to a personal crypto wallet. Open the coin in the app, choose the withdraw or send option, and follow the on-screen steps — this remains available even though buying and selling are not.

Q: What's the difference between "Non-Tradeable" and "Trading Paused"?
"Trading Paused" is a temporary suspension on a normally tradeable coin, meant to be lifted. "Non-Tradeable" applies to coins Pluang never added trading support for, so there is nothing to lift.

Q: Why did I receive a coin I can't trade?
This usually happens with an airdrop or external deposit of a coin outside Pluang's supported trading list. It still shows in your account but stays withdrawal-only.

Q: Will a "Non-Tradeable" coin ever become tradeable?
Possibly — the label reflects current support status, not a permanent decision. If Pluang later adds trading support, the status would be updated. Check the coin's detail view for its current status.
