The Crypto Futures Knowledge Test is a product-knowledge test you must pass before you can place your first Crypto Futures trade on Pluang. It is set by Central Finansial X (CFX), the exchange where every Pluang Crypto Futures trade is executed, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. How the process works
- Complete the Learning Module. This is a prerequisite, not a suggestion — you go through it before attempting the test. It is available both in the Pluang app and on web, in English and Indonesian.
- Take the test. Questions are drawn at random from the exchange's question bank, and no question repeats within a single test.
- Reach the passing grade. You need to answer correctly enough to reach the passing grade set for the test.
- Crypto Futures unlocks. Once you pass, the feature becomes available on your account. If you do not pass, you can retake the test.
- You only do this once. A pass does not expire, so you are never asked to sit the test again.
