Which assets can be traded through Agentic Trading?
Pluang Agentic Trading currently supports three asset classes for AI-agent trading: US Stocks, Indonesian Stocks, and Crypto. A connected agent — such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT — can check live prices, place buy and sell orders, review portfolio holdings, and run backtests for these three asset classes. Within US Stocks specifically, only non-leveraged transactions are covered — leveraged US Stocks positions (2x leverage and 4x Day Trade) are not supported through the AI agent channel and must be traded manually in the app — and Crypto coverage is spot only. Pluang offers 7 asset classes in total across the app (Crypto, Crypto Futures, US Stocks & ETFs, US Stock Options, Indonesian Stocks, Gold, and Mutual Funds), so Agentic Trading currently covers 3 of the 7. The remaining 4 — Gold, Crypto Futures, US Stock Options, and Mutual Funds — remain manual-only for now; they are not accessible through the AI agent channel. You can still trade any of the 7 asset classes manually in the Pluang app regardless of which ones the agent supports.
Supported through Agentic Trading (as of September 2026):
- US Stocks (non-leveraged only) — check current prices, view your position/holdings, place buy and sell orders, review transaction history, and run backtests; leveraged US Stocks positions (2x leverage, 4x Day Trade) are not supported through the AI agent and remain manual-only in the app
- Indonesian Stocks — IDX-listed equities via RDN; check current prices, view your holdings, and place buy and sell orders
- Crypto (spot only) — check current prices, view portfolio holdings and wallet balance, place buy and sell orders, and run backtests
Not supported through Agentic Trading (manual trading in the app only):
- Gold — digital gold investment
- Crypto Futures — leveraged crypto futures contracts
- US Stock Options — calls and puts on US stocks, plus US ETF Options
- Mutual Funds — Indonesian mutual fund products
There is no published roadmap for when, or whether, the remaining 4 asset classes will be added to Agentic Trading. This FAQ describes current scope only — check back or watch for an in-app announcement if you want to trade Gold, Crypto Futures, US Stock Options or Mutual Funds through an AI agent in the future. Yes. Indonesian Stocks is one of the 3 asset classes supported through Agentic Trading — the agent can check RDN-linked prices, view your holdings, and place buy/sell orders for IDX-listed equities on your behalf. Gold, Crypto Futures, US Stock Options and Mutual Funds all remain outside the agent's current scope.
Q: Can the AI agent trade Gold or Crypto Futures?
No. Neither Gold nor Crypto Futures is supported through Agentic Trading — both are manual-only in the Pluang app. The agent's crypto coverage is spot only, so Pluang's leveraged Crypto Futures contracts (up to 25x on eligible contracts) cannot be opened, closed or managed through the AI agent channel.
Q: Will Gold, Crypto Futures, US Stock Options or Mutual Funds be added to Agentic Trading later?
All four remain outside Agentic Trading's current scope, and there is no published roadmap or confirmed timeline for adding any of them. If that changes, it will be announced in the app. Manual trading for all four remains fully available in the app.
Q: If an asset isn't supported by the agent, can I still ask it about that asset?
The agent's checked capabilities (prices, holdings, backtests) are scoped to the 3 supported asset classes — US Stocks, Indonesian Stocks, and Crypto — so it will not be able to pull live data or execute anything for Gold, Crypto Futures, US Stock Options or Mutual Funds; for those, use the Pluang app directly.
Q: Can the AI agent trade leveraged US Stocks positions (2x leverage or 4x Day Trade)?
No. Agentic Trading's US Stocks coverage is limited to non-leveraged transactions — leveraged US Stocks positions, including both 2x leverage and 4x Day Trade, are not accessible through the AI agent channel and can only be traded manually in the Pluang app.
