Unable to Send Crypto / Reset PIN / Forgot PIN / Withdraw Funds on a New Device

🔍 Description:
You have logged in to your Pluang account using a new device. However, you are unable to send crypto, reset your PIN, use the forgot PIN feature, or withdraw funds.

✅ Possible Causes:

  • Cause 1: You recently logged in to your Pluang account on a new device.

  • Cause 2: You have not completed the new device verification process.

🛠️ Solution Steps:

  1. Make sure your Pluang app is updated to the latest version from the Play Store or App Store.

  2. Follow the steps in the FAQ to complete the new device verification process.
