Can I immediately withdraw funds/send crypto/reset PIN/forgot PIN after completing this verification?

Partly. Once the verification of your new device succeeds, Reset PIN and Forgot PIN are available immediately — but Cashout and Crypto Send are not. Completing new device verification is itself one of the seven activities that trigger Pluang's 24-hour security hold, so those two stay blocked for a further 24 hours counted from the moment your verification succeeded. They re-enable automatically when the window ends; there is nothing to request and Pluang Care cannot shorten it. Everything else works normally in the meantime — you can log in, view your portfolio, buy, sell and top up as usual.
