What things should I pay attention to if I want to top up my balance via Direct BCA Transfer?

• The nominal amount you transfer must match the nominal amount stated in the transfer instruction menu.

• Just transfer once with the appropriate nominal to avoid top up failure.

• Transfer from your own bank account.

• All numbers will go into your Pluang balance including the last 5-digit unique code.

• Make a top-up application on the Pluang application.

• Transfer only from Rupiah bank accounts

• Transfer methods can be done via BI-FAST, REALTIME ONLINE, RTGS*, SKN*, TRANSFER (if done via Bank Teller)*

• The minimum nominal top-up direct transfer via BCA account is IDR 500,000 per 1X top-up transaction.

• There is no maximum top up using BCA Direct Top Up.

*If the transfer is made from a bank other than Bank BCA, or a transfer with a nominal value above IDR 250,000,000,- using the RTGS and SKN methods, the inter-bank fund transfer process will take longer based on the provisions of each Bank (maximum 1 working day).

**If through a Teller at a Bank Branch Office, use "Transfer Book/Interbank Transfer" and not a Cash Deposit Slip.
