What if my balance has not been updated or there is a failure when topping up Direct BCA?

Make sure you confirm the payment first on the Pluang application.

Make sure you have filled in the source account number, transfer amount, transfer date and sent proof of transfer which includes the source account number and transfer amount.

The check is done within a maximum of 1x24 hours. After the check is done, you will receive an email regarding the status of your top-up transaction. Your top-up can still be accepted if there is no significant difference between the account name and the name registered in Pluang, then your balance will be updated.

If there is a difference in the nominal, funds are sent through an account that is not yours, or you make a transfer without making a request on the application, your top-up will fail. However, you don't need to worry, Pluang will refund 100% according to the nominal fee you sent.

To ensure a smooth refund process, please ensure that you have sent proof of transfer stating the transfer amount and source account number in the Payment Confirmation menu.

The refund process takes a maximum of 1x24 hours after all data is completed.
