What Should I Do When My Direct Top Up BCA Has Not Been Received?

The top up you do via direct transfer to the BCA Pluang account will go directly into your Pluang account IDR balance. But if your balance hasn't been updated, you don't have to worry. Here are the steps you can take:

1. Open the top up payment details that you have created previously, then click the “Confirm Transfer” button.

2. Click “Confirm Payment”.

3. Fill in the required data as follows:

   4. Date you made the transfer:

4. Then upload proof of transfer/account transfer from the transaction you have made. The proof of transfer must contain the following information:

   1. Nominal transfer

   2. Transfer date and time

   3. Recipient account information

5. If all the data you entered is correct, please click the "Send Payment Confirmation" button. Then please wait for further confirmation from our related team.
