The Company's Articles of Association was amended several times, which one of the amendments was based on notarial deed No. 10 dated 15 March 2006 of Amrul Partomuan Pohan, S.H., llm., Notary in Jakarta, concerning the merger of PT Siwani Trinitra Tbk with PT Caraka Berkat Sarana to become PT Mitra Investindo Tbk.

About Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk.

PT Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk (the Company) was established based on notarial deed No. 9 dated June 1, 1989 of Linda Ibrahim, S.H. The Company has extensive operational experience in the business of shipping, in particular the provision of a fleet of offshore (offshore vessels) to support the upstream oil and gas industry. Noted, almost all oil and gas companies operating in Indonesia, ever use the services.
