About Alumis Inc. Common Stock
Alumis Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company headquartered in South San Francisco, developing oral and CNS-penetrant TYK2 inhibitor therapies, including envudeucitinib, for immune-mediated and neuroinflammatory diseases such as plaque psoriasis and systemic lupus erythematosus. Following its 2025 merger with ACELYRIN, its pipeline also includes lonigutamab, an antibody therapy for thyroid eye disease.
