The deed of establishment was approved by the Ministry of Justice in his decision letter No. C2-1433.HT.01.01.TH.85 dated March 18, 1985. The Company’s articles of association have been amended several times, most recently by deed No.55 dated December 30, 1998 of notary Ny. Indah Fatmawati, S.H., substitute notary of Ny. Fatimah Helmi, S.H., notary in Jakarta to comply with Law No.1 year 1995 on Limited Companies, and with Capital Market Law No.8 year 1995. The amended articles of association were approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in his decision letter No.C2-5462.HT.01.04.TH.99 dated March 29,1999.The Company is located in Jl. Raya Serang Km.24. 5i, Balaraja, Tangerang and its factory is located in Cibodas, Tangerang, West Java. The Company started commercial operations on February 1, 1984.
