About Indointernet Tbk.
PT Indointernet Tbk. (the Company) was established on March 23, 1994 based on Notarial Deed No. 57 of Soekaimi, S.H. On April 18, 2001, the Company changed its status from a Domestic Investment company into a Foreign Investment company. The change in the Company's status has been approved by the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) in its decision letter No. 41N/PMA/2001 dated April 18, 2001. On January 12, 2017, the Company changed its status from a Foreign Investment company to a Domestic Investment company, and has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights in its decision letter No. AHU-AH.01.03-0010368 dated January 12, 2017 and the changes has been approved by BKPM on November 19, 2018. The Company started its commercial operations in April 1994.
