PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk (the Company) was established in July 1,1988 under the name of PT Bintang Kharisma, with status of a domestic investment company. In 1997, the Company planned for diversification which have better prospect; for that purpose PT Bintang Kharisma changed its name to PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure. However, the economic crisis in Indonesia forced the Company to postpone their plan.
