PT AKR Corporindo Tbk was established in Surabaya on November 28, 1977 based on the Notarial Deed No. 46 of Sastra Kosasih, S.H., which was amended by Notarial Deed No. 26 of the same notary dated April 12, 1978 . In 2004, the Company changed its name from PT Aneka Kimia Raya Tbk to PT AKR Corporindo Tbk. PT Aneka Kimia Raya is the largest chemical distributor in Indonesia.
