No, you do not need native tokens to send crypto. All fees will be deducted from the token being sent.

You can only send and receive crypto from other platforms if the asset is listed on both exchanges.

Sending crypto assets to external wallets is subject to an 11% VAT (PMK 131 of 2024) on the transaction fee. Additionally, there is a 0.11% VAT (PMK 11 of 2025) on the total transaction amount if the wallet is not owned by the same user.
