It’s free to receive crypto assets into your Pluang wallet, but there is a fee to send your crypto assets outside of Pluang. Here are the tokens and networks supported for Crypto Send and Receive, along with their corresponding send fees. Note that the send fee is dynamic and can vary depending on network density and your transaction volume. We don't charge for transferring crypto from one Pluang wallet to another Pluang wallet.

What are the crypto send and receive limits on a Pluang account?
A.Sending
Users can send a maximum of 5 Bitcoin (BTC) per day from the Pluang app.
B. Receiving
There are no daily limits on receiving assets into the Pluang app.
However, please note that you must complete KYC verification to be able to transact, send, or receive crypto on Pluang.
How long does it take for funds to be received in a crypto transfer?
Blockchain transactions typically take up to 24 hours to be completed, but this depends on network conditions at the time of the transaction. You can check the Block Explorer on the Transaction History page.
Is the crypto sending and receiving feature on Pluang safe?
Your crypto transactions on Pluang are secure and guaranteed, as we partner with Fireblocks, one of the world's largest and safest providers for digital asset storage and transfers.
Do I need native tokens to cover gas fees when sending crypto to another wallet?
No, you do not need native tokens to send crypto. All fees will be deducted from the token being sent.
Example: When sending $APE, you do not need ETH (native token). The transaction fee will be deducted from the amount of $APE you send, while the recipient will not be charged any fees.
Can I send and receive crypto transfers from other platforms?
You can only send and receive crypto from other platforms if the asset is listed on both exchanges.
For transfers from exchanges outside the Pluang app, the transaction will follow the policies of the respective exchange. Please ensure that you only send assets to wallet addresses that match the token name.
Are sending and receiving crypto assets subject to tax?
Sending crypto assets to external wallets is subject to an 11% VAT (PMK 131 of 2024) on the transaction fee. Additionally, there is a 0.11% VAT (PMK 11 of 2025) on the total transaction amount if the wallet is not owned by the same user.
Sending to Pluang wallets does not incur tax. Receiving crypto assets is not taxable.
