VINCI, through its UK subsidiary FM Conway, has won three long-term road service contracts in Greater London, awarded by the boroughs of Westminster and Bromley. The contracts include infrastructure design, construction, inspection, and maintenance, with an initial duration of 8.5 years in Westminster and 6 years in Bromley, totaling nearly €70 million per year. These contracts strengthen VINCI's presence in the UK road works market, especially in south-east England, following its acquisition of FM Conway in early 2025. The contracts also include options for extensions, potentially increasing their duration and value.
