Verdera Energy Corp. has agreed to sell its 100% interest in the Treeline Uranium Project in New Mexico to Americas Uranium Corp. for $100,000 in cash and $2 million in shares payable over 36 months, plus royalties. The project has historical uranium estimates but is not part of Verdera's main focus, which remains on advancing four large-scale properties with established resources. This deal allows Verdera to monetize a non-core asset while continuing to develop key projects and explore new opportunities using its extensive uranium database. Americas Uranium gains a right of first refusal on adjacent mineral rights, positioning it for future growth in a uranium-rich region.
