UFP Industries buys John Rock pallet assets for $48M to expand in the Northeast US market

UFP Industries acquired three operating locations of John Rock, Inc., a pallet manufacturer in Pennsylvania and Virginia, for about $48 million. This deal adds $82 million in annual sales and nearly 250 employees to UFP, enhancing its PalletOne division's presence in the Northeast. The acquisition allows UFP to better serve national customers and improve operational efficiency while maintaining local expertise. It reflects UFP's strategy to strengthen core packaging businesses and expand in key geographic markets.
