Users can resolve stuck payments by using Replace-by-Fee (RBF) to increase fees on their own transactions or Child Pays For Parent (CPFP) to push along others' transactions. For withdrawals from exchanges, users must contact support as only the provider can speed those up. Setting fees above one satoshi per vByte currently ensures faster confirmation amid the backlog.
