Trafalgar International rebrands, shifts focus to financial services and tech, dropping cannabis business.

Trafalgar International, formerly The Greater Cannabis Company, has completed its name change and is repositioning as a U.S. public company focused on financial services, technology, and intellectual property. The company, now controlled by Trafalgar Asset Management, is moving away from its cannabis-related legacy and aims to build a diversified investment platform targeting opportunities in the U.S. and Latin America. Pending FINRA approval, the company will update its trading symbol and market identifiers to reflect this new strategic direction. Legacy cannabis-related intellectual property is no longer central to the business and will be evaluated for future disposition.
