Oblivus generated about $1.5 million in annual revenue and offers on-demand GPU resources for AI training and inference via a proprietary marketplace. Reliance plans to rapidly scale the business by expanding GPU capacity, growing the customer base, and investing in the platform under the GPU Exchange brand. The acquisition was funded from cash on hand, leaving Reliance debt-free, and includes additional performance-based payments and consulting agreements with Oblivus's founder.
