New study shows Asgard's tech induces cancer-fighting structures in tumors, boosting therapy success across 7 cancer types.

Asgard Therapeutics published a study in Immunity demonstrating its technology can reprogram tumor cells into dendritic cells, inducing cancer-fighting tertiary lymphoid structures (imgTLSs) across seven tumor types. This tumor-agnostic approach led to 100% complete responses in some mouse cancer models and enhanced effects when combined with anti-PD1 therapy. The findings validate Asgard's platform for turning tumors into immune-active sites and support advancing their lead gene therapy candidate, AT-108, toward clinical trials. New biomarker data for AT-108 will be presented at SITC 2026, aiding treatment monitoring and clinical development.
