This merger will create Quantisimo Holding Corp., a Nasdaq-listed company under the ticker "QSMO," expected to complete in Q1 2027. The transaction values Quantisimo at approximately $666 million and aims to integrate quantum computing, networking, and cybersecurity technologies with secure terrestrial and space infrastructure. WISeQey and SEALSQ will remain majority shareholders, supporting long-term development of the quantum platform.
