The U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey has approved a proposed $14.1 million class action settlement for investors who purchased TAL Education Group American Depositary Shares (ADS) between January 14, 2022, and March 14, 2023. The settlement hearing is scheduled for October 29, 2026, to determine if the deal is fair and to approve attorneys' fees and distribution plans. Investors who held TAL ADS through March 14, 2023, may submit claims to share in the settlement fund. Those wishing to exclude themselves or object must do so by specified deadlines. This settlement resolves claims against TAL related to the ADS purchases during the specified period.
