The acquired communities include a 100-unit assisted living facility in Glendale, AZ, and two facilities in Wisconsin with 45 and 49 units respectively. These acquisitions are under triple net leases and aim to strengthen Pennant's presence in key markets while focusing on quality care and operational excellence. The company plans smooth transitions to maintain resident care and team continuity.
