Boeing stock falls near 6.5-year low after $10B free cash flow delay to 2029

Boeing's stock has dropped back to the lower end of its 6.5-year trading range, between $140 and $150, following a recent disclosure that $10 billion in free cash flow will likely not be realized by shareholders until 2029. This decline follows a significant drop from its 2019 high of $446, reflecting challenges after an 18-year bull market. In contrast, IBM showed modest growth in Q3 2022 with revenue, operating income, and EPS increases, a 6% free cash flow yield, and a 2.6% dividend yield, providing some capital return to its investors unlike Boeing, which currently pays no dividend.

Boeing's stock trades at USD 177.25 on Pluang, showing a slight 0.14% increase as of Nov 05, 2026 21:03 WIB. The stock remains well below its 52-week high of USD 252.15, with a minimal dividend yield of 0.03%.
