Nike jumps 7% amid Dow rally lifting consumer stocks despite revenue challenges in China.

Nike shares rose 7% following a broad market rally led by consumer stocks, supported by gains in Deckers and Lululemon. Despite improving margins and cost-cutting efforts, Nike faces a shrinking revenue, especially in Greater China where sales dropped 26%. The company expects fiscal 2027 revenue to decline further but aims for $2.5 billion in savings by 2031 through restructuring. Investors await Nike's November investor day for clarity on its growth strategy amid mixed analyst ratings.

Nike shares gained 5.30% on Pluang as of Nov 05, 2026 01:11 WIB, trading at USD 40.52, closer to its 52-week low of USD 33.87 than its high of USD 67.76. Deckers outpaced Nike with a 7.16% rise, though it remains below its 52-week high of USD 120.94, trading at USD 90.11. Lululemon also rose 5.91%, priced at USD 113.27, well below its 52-week peak of USD 215.88, showing that despite gains, these consumer stocks still have room to grow relative to their yearly highs.
