Navitas and NVIDIA launch efficient 24 kW 800 V-to-12 V power board for AI data centers

Navitas Semiconductor, in collaboration with NVIDIA, introduced a new 24 kW power delivery board that converts 800 VDC directly to 12 VDC in a single stage, enhancing efficiency and reducing complexity for AI data centers. This board, featuring GaNFast™ technology, achieves 97% efficiency at full load and supports high power density, enabling better power delivery close to GPUs. The innovation eliminates an intermediate power conversion stage, saving space and improving reliability. It will be showcased at the OCP Global Summit 2026, marking a significant step in advancing AI infrastructure power systems.
