Stablecoin market cap dips 1.61% to $294.62B; Plasma leads chain growth at 10.73%.

The stablecoin market capitalization fell by 1.61% over the past week, reaching $294.62 billion, remaining below the $300 billion mark. Plasma led the growth among blockchain chains with a 10.73% increase, while PayPal USD saw a significant contraction of 12.3%. Tether (USDT) maintained the largest market share at 60.17%, followed by USD Coin (USDC) and Sky Dollar (USDS). Ethereum holds the largest stablecoin market cap among chains, with Tron and Solana following. Despite the overall decline, some tokens like Open USD and USDD posted weekly gains. Onchain transfer value surged 46.11% month-over-month to $9.90 trillion, indicating strong transaction activity despite market cap contraction.

While the stablecoin market cap has dipped below $300 billion, Tether (USDT) remains dominant with a market cap of Rp3.216 trillion on Pluang as of Nov 06, 2026 19:52 WIB. Despite a 1.61% weekly market cap decline, USDT's price shows only a slight 0.48% drop in one day, contrasting with the broader market's mixed performance. This stability is reflected in Pluang's order activity, where sell orders slightly outpace buys at 58% to 42%, and typical hold time is 93 days, indicating steady investor confidence amid fluctuating market conditions.
