These tokens represent tokenized products linked to nine major companies including Nvidia, Tesla, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, Micron, and SpaceX, as well as two indexes tracking the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100. Each token is backed one-to-one by shares but structured as limited-recourse debt instruments, meaning they do not confer direct stock ownership. The tokens are issued by a segregated portfolio company in the British Virgin Islands and are not available to U.S. persons.
