Class action lawsuit filed against TruGolf for alleged securities violations and share dilution.

A class action lawsuit has been filed against TruGolf Holdings, Inc. and certain officers for alleged violations of federal securities laws during September 2025 to May 2026. The lawsuit claims TruGolf failed to disclose significant dilution caused by Series A preferred shares converting into Class A shares, overstated outstanding shares by about 52%, and omitted key investor ownership information. Investors who suffered losses may join the case and have until September 28, 2026, to seek lead plaintiff status. The law firm Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman represents affected investors on a contingency fee basis.
