Grayscale files to launch Worldcoin ETF, WLD price jumps nearly 8%

Grayscale has filed with the U.S. SEC to launch a Worldcoin (WLD) ETF under the ticker GWLD, allowing investors to gain exposure to WLD without directly holding the cryptocurrency. The ETF will be listed on Nasdaq and is structured as a Delaware statutory trust holding WLD tokens. This move comes as WLD's price rose nearly 8% in 24 hours. While Grayscale's Bitcoin ETFs saw mixed flows, the new Worldcoin ETF could strengthen its position in altcoin ETFs and attract more investor interest.
