FutureFuel director Paul Manheim to retire, board size reduced to eight members.

Paul M. Manheim, a long-serving member of FutureFuel Corp.'s Board of Directors since 2015 and chair of its Audit Committee, announced he will retire and not seek re-election at the 2026 annual meeting. His departure is not due to any disagreement with the company. Following his resignation, FutureFuel's Board will reduce its size to eight members and is reviewing committee compositions.
